remember peeps, requests are rejected in 3.5 hours (when the countdown hits 6 hours), and no one can join or leave a unit.

Also there are like 100+ people in this match, gonna be fun. You may now start abusing other teams and poke them with sticks.

First tournament newbie here. Can anyone tell me what needs to occur for a player to not be entrenched in the barren realms anymore?

Thanks Norbe for the quick reply. Makes more sense now.

I couldn't tell for sure that it wasn't a PPT status because the leader of my unit hasn't given me any attacks to use. Actually, three (and a half) things have gone wrong so far in this, my maiden, tournament.

1) The Unit that I was planning on/recruited for fell through because the leader didn't come to keys and accept the request.
(+.5) I overslept and missed the deadline to get into an active unit.
2) The randomized leader ignored my message, gave himself abilities and then gave the leadership to another guy in the unit.
3) The new leader ignored my message and gave only himself abilities.

My messages were friendly, by the way. Something of the, so let's make a plan variety with suggestions for what abilities I think would set me up best. Hopefully, at least, I will survive long enough to get abilities (even if by being last standing in my unit and doing it myself). I only need participation for my current achievement, but I'd like some experience too. It would be nice. :-)

Instead, I write needlessly long-winded forum messages while hoping something will change for the better. :-D

I don't know why you didn't recieve any ATs to use.. (this is only my second tourney) I thought everyone recieved a certain amount and was set up the same way in the beginning..

maybe we need "set" abilities.. that apply to everyone unless a leader changes it.. so all have a bit of a chance..

Section Admins - who will be 'in charge' of the section in question. They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. And insofar as the Section Admin is responsible for the users, they are also responsible for the high level mod behaviour towards the users.
So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.

Could be planet count going toward reward from damage dealt be calculated for whole unit and not for each member separetely?

Member 1 from unit A will do 400M planet damages
Member 2 from unit A will do 400M planet damages
mamber X from unit X will do 500M planet damages and will get planets...

Hey Sol after the tournament is over on the results page you should have stuff like Most AT's used, Most planets destroyed, most attacks and all that stuff :-D
