ETL has been descended before. The Legion got him a couple of times during the server war (at one point, both ETL and REK were descended at the same time iirc). Now his account is VERY powerful, unless the descension rules are changed it won't happen.

When has ETL not been powerful. Arguably one of the most, if not most, influential and powerful players the game has ever seen. Whether he seemingly be inactive or silent for long periods or have an apparently dismantled and wrecked account, you can always bet your bottom dollar that he is up to something.
