I get your point, however someone being handicapped does not make them harmless.
It was a pen. If you're an officer, I most definitely expect you to know the difference between a gun and a pen. *glare*

Then perhaps you should edit your post to reflect that instead of being a ridiculous headline
Ridiculous headline? It's the truth.

Probably better off dead anyway. One Black Knight is enough ('just a flesh wound').
Reason is ridiculous though.

I believe he's talking about how vague this entire topic has been.

If you think the cops shot that man because they are to dumb to know the difference between a gun and a pen...what about these morons who tazed a man because he was having a seizure. the guys brother is telling the cops (the brother rang 911 requesting medical assistance, so why the cops showed up is anyone's guess) he's having a seizure but they still handcuffed the man and tried to restrain him.
But when the paramedics finally show up it gets worse.

I hope he takes the cops and the police dept and medics to the cleaners!

I heard about that yesterday and forgot all about it
something about the mans white stick. you'd have to be an absolute buffoon to think a blind man (assuming he's not a ninja or expert martial artist or something) could be a threat to anyone.
There's also these 2 incidents of police stupidity/brutality (<take your pick).

wait... are there still people out there that think the police are actually out there to help us?
Sadly it's come to the point where I am not only unsurprised by things like this.. I completely expect them. Such a sad world.

The article states he was shot atleast twice, in reality he was shot 4 times. More info here.
Recently in NYC, cops gunned down 9 innocent bystanders while trying to shoot a single suspect. In August there was another similar incident, only one person and one dog were shot. I want to say that there was another more recently, but can't find it.

Yourself, Avenger, Field Marshall and myself clearly don't believe this. Anyone else in this thread? IDK

That's just wrong on every level!
BTW, for those who may not be aware, the power of arrest actually lies with the people, not the state or the police or any other office. in short, we the people granted the power of arrest to police forces who are supposedly working for the people. but just like govt is meant to be working for us they now work for the banks.
