How I understand it ATM is that state of your CS before you enter the arena, is the same after you enter. Same for when you leave.

So after you are killed in the arena (often your SC is mass right down because of that) and you return to the normal realm, your CS is still massed. This has not been a problem so far because of how cheap it has been to rebuild, however with the new updates I think this is no longer the case.

Just what to know if we can change it that when you enter the arena your CS is fully built (or not at all ) and when you leave the arena it returns back to the state it was before you entered.

I think its a good idea that the condition it enters in stays the same however, once you are removed from the tournament or win your MS should be the same as before you entered. From the other side of the fence why not make it that MS starts off from scratch thus encouraging people to be more active with 'attacking', however in team battles it could be rough.
