Master Taylor's Guide to Ascending and G&R [REMOVED]

okay this is my calculation, if i am wrong just tell me:

There are currently 36,145 registered users, so the top 1.5% who would get 1 point a turn would be 542 (so 1 point a turn for being higher than 542) the top 0.15% who get 5 points a turn would be 54 (so 5 points a turn for being higher than 54)

if the 1.5% and 0.15 only count for ranked users then the results are these

There are currently 31,142 ranked players, so the top 1.5% who would get 1 point a turn would be 467 (so 1 point a turn fot being higher than 467) the top 0.15% who would get 5 points a turn would be 46(so 5 points a turn for being higher than 46)

Very interesting sir.

I don't think I'll be ascending any time soon seeing as I don't use my turns much. However I think I will start trading turns in the hopes of one day being able to ascend. :)

He did mention that lawrencekill but I don't mind. Half of the readers don't get past the first paragraph let alone down to ascension. :D

It's only going to get worse though :oops:
I've been redoing the guide for a while now but I've been flat out at work so I'm not to sure exactly when it will be ready...

i will look forward to it. and i read it all. yeterday again i looked up soem of the math calculations because i dont keep them in my head.
i only aporxemetly know what 3 k up is worth etc.
Writing as a mod. But i am currently testing colors. So if you want to claim one as yours or its not the best to read give me a call please :-)

well i rewrot some of it and posted this for all of those who ask about G&R and Ascending cause like Deity said

instead of looking they'll just post a new topic on "how do i get G&R points?" or "how do i ascend" and im sure noone needs anymore of those stupid comments

I've read through The Deity's guide at LEAST 8 times through - I calculate most of my actions: when's the best prices to buy troops, how much I make per week and what I have spare, how much this and that'll cost me, and how long it'll take to get - it's brilliant :).

But mate, it's very poorly formatted - it just looks a bit... icky :P.

Master Taylor's excert from it here seems quite nice, with a bit of his own info added on too :).

:( I thought I had done an all-right job. Mind you as I said a full overhaul is coming, just bare with me people.

:? I've PM'd Goo but it's still sitting in my 'Outbox' so he mustn't have been on recently. Fingers crossed that the guide survives the snip.... as it does so enjoy its superfluous size. :wink:
