If you are already close to 18 I would go for that. You wont be losing to much ascending. If yo want you can build up a little from there, but I wouldn't too much. Just enough to make it easier to get to 20. 1 Q seems a little much to me here.

10t would probably be a good amount. You could do the last 2 pretty fast and have a bit leftover to play with.

I did 19 with 1.1T and it took approx 10 days.

Hope that information helps.
