not this time around and yes that statement was for FP and CS not FS and mH.. Those terms were silly and if I would of been involved in them I would of not surrendered FP as we were mopping the floor with mH when they were not so active, and my point proven true again considering mH is now beast AGAIN.. No guild since you want to bring old wars up and ""surrenders" I wanted to remind you of wheh you guys needed mH the last war Also was curious are you all still hooked up in that manner?

I took part of the ending terms in the DDE/FS.mH war and I spoke with Dmonix who was leading diplo for BOTH of the empires on the situation..

but you know FS does NOT surrender. What is Serenity? Definition please before I spell it out for you our Name and get a buzzer instead of a bell dinging for correct.

1) That MaYHeM and the Empire of Forgotten Serenity (FS Empire) agree to the following terms in good faith and shall practice them with all attention necessary.
2) That MaYHeM, clear in superiority, shall farm FS Empire on the Main Server for a minimum ratio of 100b per 1t worth of defence, any amount on 0defence and raid accounts with a minimum of 1 million UU out on 0 defence and for any amount over 2.5 million UU out on any defence as long as market rate and losses make it profitable for the raider.
3) That FS Empire shall be permitted to farm MaYHeM on the Main Server for a minimum ratio of 200bill naq per 1t worth of defence, 60bill on 0defence and raid accounts with a minimum of 5million UU out on 0 defence and for no amount on accounts with a defence.
4) That MaYHeM, clear in superiority, shall farm FS Empire on the Ascended Server for a minimum ratio of 150t on any defence
5) That FS Empire shall be permitted to farm MaYHeM on the Ascended Server for a minimum ratio of 300t on any defence up to 30q and 500t on any defence over 30q
6) That should any altercation occur in which a member of MaYHeM is massed by a member of FS Empire, MaYHeM reserves the right to exert retribution on any members of FS Empire that they so choose after making contact with Drahazar in an official term.
7) That should any altercation occur in which a member of FS Empire is massed by a member of MaYHeM, FS Empire must seek retribution in a one verses one vendetta between the two original combatants.

I was told it was a walk-away, and I was not let back into the war after I left for a short period. So NO I DID NOT KNOW WE STATED SUPERIOR FORCES, nor we agreed to half the DRA they had........ If I did know, I would have done all I could to stop it...

FS/Mh war ended with a mutual walk away 3 weeks later Mh FS relations were heating up, so were DDE FS relations.

So that was agreed to prevent a second war with them in 3 weeks, because FS and DDE relations were heating up and i didnt want mayhem getting in the way...

I dont know about you, but i stand by what i did, instead of having a 2nd war with mayhem which tbh by the end had gone kinda stale, and instead making that agreement for what was it 2 months? so i could have fun with DDE i figure it was worth it see?

I got to avoid a boring war, and instead kick DDE ass instead, and before you say im not kicking your ass, my ME has such a high ratio it would instantly render your argument to the contrary (that im not kicking ddes ass's) null and void.

I never mass without a defense that is at least 4T if you can find any evidence to support your claim that my ME ratio is so high because i snipe then i suggest you present it.

The war continues for a few reasons. One on a selfish note I am learning more then ever and having fun, now although I don't knock money spending (as Im not a hater) I can't afford to build and mass like a lot of you DDE.. I can how-ever raid my ass off and take down what I can and put up what I put up when I can.. Sniping is not our intention, and if it appears we are doing so, I personally will apologize to you for thinking such ways.

We will never be successful with a NAP neither one of our HC will accept that, as neither empire is keen on restricting our farmers of their farms (that is one thing we agree on) that being said right now it is a stale mate as you guys wont drop your one hit mass policy so even if we say good war and walk away my members will still be getting massed for good amounts of naq they are taking. So, where does that leave us. We will certainly never come to the agreement to just not hit each-other.

Diplomacy has to go both ways and if i thought you all were half serious and said look we will just avoid each-other for say 3 months and then after that we will farm each-other (not to provoke a massing or a war) but to take NAQ,, One of the best things to do in the game So, when we teach our members the only way to be something is to be active and farm and raid at no cost (unless you are a money spender) then it doesn't matter.. Let's be honest with each-other if anyone wanted out of this war and we ended it with out your massing policies on farming we will be back here.

Until any such agreement can be made there will be no surrender unless it comes from your side and the 500tril naq that was said in our conditions a few times. We are not joking and we don't like to be taken for fools, on a seperate note I have saw DDE fall and rise and fall and rise and there were times in the FS 2nd war where there was only few of you building and then bam now you got a bunch, hope this clears everything up for you all, and as always we will build when we got time to do it as RL is always first, and it is always easier to click a few buttons to buy UU or Naq then farm and raid a 75 page farmlist ..

Actually its not, if you go back the last 3 years, it all started with DDE propaganda that you have been vomiting all over the forums ever since.

You were pissed that you couldnt kill more than you lost then, and your pissed you still suck and so your going back to the same old excuses you always go to.

P.S i was on both sides of the war back then, i got my facts straight trust me ... I WAS THERE !!!
