I compile records of who does what in the alliance, spread profiles among our alliance and provide our ally's HC with disinformation. Meanwhile, our alliance members are making good bonds of individual friendship with the members of our ally; getting the group together. My alliance starts building up and gathering resources; buying heavily from the ally at a good discount (reducing their resources at little cost to ourselves).

I am getting a little frustrated with our friendship, RNAL. We give and give (see how much we trade with you guys!), and you receive our protection for free, and what do we get in return? A cold shoulder whenever we seek some approach between our two alliances.

Give the word to alliance members: "Execute Order 66". Formal invitations are sent to friends and family (a broad initiative, beyond merely the allied alliance). A majority of members, officers and other associates join our alliance.
