If I or someone else sent you naq you could recieve a pretty good amount with your number of techs. If you're planning to save some naq for some speedy ascenscions though, I'd still go with a few more MS techs. Like 1k seems to do wonderfully.

Or you could farm. Should get a decent amount per hit. If you're still ascending i wouldn't bother farming unless you have your higgs to ascend though.

Depends on your ascension level, but I'd go with around 20.
