Trust me i have done this all weekend. harch problem is that he is 1.5mn over raid cap. thats why he cant buy. no, broker wont work. still counts as army, tryed that to make a 1.6B army. but wasnt possible

Seems logical. If he saw someone jump to 600m instantly that can only be done with mercs I think?

Supporter packages also get you those extra UU beyond raid cap but you get PPT with them

472mn army - BM for 200MN UUs more - SS will add 40mn on top of that.
Edit: and then you can add your mercs on top of that. the outcome is.. Deadly.
