Did you run out of APP maybe? Convert into AT by mistake or perhaps misunderstood the new way AT refill works? Any vac modes or ascensions etc?

You would only get very little natural generation, being so small level-wise. So I suppose you relied on automatic conversion of APP after your latest ascension?
Your current APP count suggests that at least the automatic conversion has run its course.

You would be getting about 4,5m per turn now, max. (10 APP from ranking, ~450k per 1 APP)
As opposed to the several billion (given your size planet-wise, some 8B) you would have received per turn when you have enough APP.
