Both sides will descend those they can. Stop acting as if OE is something different then it is and always has been. OE has in wars always targeted all members of the war, not just the flagging members. Same goes for DDE, if you are a part of the war we will hit you hard.

This is more towards Ricos who are pretty much all descended. and the initial excuse was "oh, those are our more inactive members"
