Since I just returned after what, my fifth time of leaving, and was bored so browsing through quitting threads.
Who are the most prolific quitters in the game? Either through rage, boredom, or personal issues.

Re: Prolific quitters
SS quit but his was quite epic considering he was deleted off the forums. Still around, but doesn't play the game anymore.

Wonder why my post count is so low? Thats because I was deleted. Why you may ask?
Well, thats because I exposed the truth about Zeratul and Admin Jason had to cover it up.

Re: Prolific quitters
Does quitting the forums count? If so Robert has said he has quit the forums.....4 times now?
viewtopic.php?f=77&t=175300 <- quit (not sure how long) because of a crappy week.
viewtopic.php?f=77&t=161534 <- quit after doing his first massing lol
viewtopic.php?f=77&t=117628 <- Ifrit was a good guy but after some not so nice words with other forums members (i think around the time him and I were ombudsmen) he decided to leave the game.

I was not forced out. I resigned weeks before being deleted, that came as a result of me calling out the **Filtered** between jason and zeratul

I've deleted my account at least a dozen times over the years, though I've normally maintained a semi-active forum presence even in the down times - it's a nice distraction from research

I never quit. Just implied disappearance sometimes (might even have made a thread) and resurfaced later.
Why bother quitting. Just leave when you are done.

If you do it properly, you can sail under the radar for a while. Not that I have any experience in that regard, of course..Commander Vimes wrote:why bother quitting when you know you'll almost certainly be back lol that's what vacation mode is forJuliette wrote:I never quit. Re: Prolific quitters
I have quit several times between 2006 and 2010 (or 2011?). Well, I am less active without saying I have left, than when I said I would leave...funny how that works!
