Re: Tournament 13: Plague
Okay.. what happened this time?
I had FULL LF and over 1B reserves, was only losing about 60% of my LF each time. I was online at last TC, watching, ready to refill again, then I was not in the tourny after all of this time. I do not see how that happened... should not have been kicked.
Apparently several others have had the same issue. Guerrero and numoon included.

Sierena takes nothing from reserves, only from LF. If you saw it was taking ~60% then chances are it would have killed you very soon. It eats based on an exponential increase (and then some).Norbe wrote:Okay.. what happened this time?

14:50:33 on 2nd Sep Angelis [[The Legion]] Butcher of Crydee Level 16-- Sierena Host 87That is just fantastic.
He/She/It descended itself by trying to descend me.
It has what 20 billion reserves...
Having their physical military neutralized the physical defences of the realm, Butcher of Crydee moves to meet Angelis in a one on one Ascended Battle!
Starting with approximately 5,949,929,887 weildable life force, with 10 attack potential after accounting for energy attack power and skill,Butcher of Crydee meets Angelis - who has 262,491,419 life force capable of being used in battle- in an ascended match of epic magnitude!
Simutaneously, the two ascended beings launch ascended energy attacks on each other. Time stands still, the surrounding physical plane crackles with diffusing power, and the entire Ascended plane shudders while the battle rages.
Butcher of Crydee impales Angelis with 1,515,652,672,330 of ascended damage.
The energy absorbing power, skill, and the unique skill of energy repulsion -usable only within ones own realm, and their constitution, lessens this by 1,513,871,648,080 to 1,781,024,250 total damage taken, thereby reducing their life force and reserves by this amount.
Wait...You realize that while the damage dealt to you was greater than this, the Ascended League of Battle -the overseers of ascended being attacks- intervened, resulting in the fact that they did the maximum amount of damage possible on you - two fifths of your total possible life force reserve (1,484,186,875)!
You think to yourself, that it is maybe time to increase your personal defences, and life force!
Angelis, at the same time, hits Butcher of Crydee with 4,422,551,254 total power, while also repulsing 682,043,702,549 of Butcher of Crydee's own attack back at them, for a total of 686,466,253,802 potential damage! This, though, by the energy absorbing power and skill of Butcher of Crydee, and their own constitution, reduces by 677,998,263,520 resulting in 8,467,990,282 total damage inflicted by Angelis on Butcher of Crydee!
Both parties are exhausted, these battles being very taxing on ones being. While the battle is now over, it is also not finished. It has will finish in 3 real hours (or 3 eons ingame time). Yes - linear time is one of the things that are left behind in the ascended planes.
Regardless, the two ascended beings have will part ways, and both wonder about the next time they meet....
Do that 3 times and It'll lose the 20 billion reserves lol
After Its suicide attack Its subordinates finished me off that same second he died. The took revenge for losing their Master... the Butcher.

Re: Tournament 13: Plague
Sorry SoL, but not that soon, not to all of us. I was losing 120m per turn, increasing at around 10m each time. I had 197m LF. So it had to jump more than 1.5x damage to take me out. Same with Guerrero who's went from 160 and killed his 258m.Sol wrote:Sierena takes nothing from reserves, only from LF. Re: Tournament 13: Plague
Well, I think its cuse once your infected longer time, Sierena grows faster. I was watching it yday few hours, made a table, compared numbers, how it works, how it grows, etc... last 5 TCs were like dropping from 55m to almost 80m looses after TC. Point is, you cant realy know how much are you loosing, cuse your natural refil makes it harder to see. Also I noticed that natural refil does not work exactly how it works in normal ascended.
If you wish I can share some of those numbers with you... all I can say is, I was kicked while I was watching it... cuse in one turn it realy grew more than I thought it would... so, its not a bug... its an infection... who knows how it drops next TC. Right? So refill to full if you can, if not than say good bye... how fast it kicks you...
noone can say.

Infection damage was growing at a steady rate of around 6-8% (didn't do exact maths) for me over the past 24 hours. Never jumped. Certainly not like this...caesar2 wrote:Well, I think its cuse once your infected longer time, Sierena grows faster. Re: Tournament 13: Plague
By me it was constant almost a day... than it started to grow realy fast. Was loosing like 10m a TC, than 20m, next TC 30m, than it went to 50... etc... than it stagnated few turns, I refiled LF, made some lfr... but thgan again... speedy grow.
Is that soimehow influed by your actions to otheres? Cuse when I attacked someone (sypohon) i made LF refil somehow after TC... but than it grew faster in the next one

It does jump Norbe, it reaches thresholds and ramps up the damage massively, it did the same thing in the last tournament.

Jumps by nearly double in one TC? Increase was at least 80m to kill me. Sorry to say but this is complete crap...Clockwork wrote:It does jump Norbe, it reaches thresholds and ramps up the damage massively, it did the same thing in the last tournament.

Re: Tournament 13: Plague
Yes, it does. Not sure exactly what the threshold is, be it time, total LF eaten, or total LF remaining, but it jumps huge amounts.
It's what eventually killed the last 3 off last time round, was doing around 50m LF damage then jumped to over 230m in a single TC. It is what it is

I can tell you what happened during the past 2 TC's... still got debugging on from sierena.Norbe wrote:Sorry SoL, but not that soon, not to all of us. This is the turn change before (i.e when it took away, but didn't kill you):
LF loss: 136060920.354 - your LF before deduction: 197330400
on the TC you were killed:
loss: 136097475.627 - your lf before: 134939496 (hence you were killed)
There were no deductions before that either (done by bots as well).

Those numbers for the LF loss make sense, just that my LF was showing as full as it was the previous turn... can you check Guerrero's numbers too please SoL.Sol wrote:I can tell you what happened during the past 2 TC's... still got debugging on from sierena.Norbe wrote:Sorry SoL, but not that soon, not to all of us. and upon kill:
loss: 193637180.329 user life force: 165260749
Couldn't see any pattern, wouldn't be doubling up on losses (otherwise you would have been dead ages ago), and there are no other LF deductions in the game except outside of the arena when LF is greater than it's max, so it's reduced again, but you weren't over your max, and even so it would have just increased it to your max anyway
It could have been possible that you thought TC was completed and then went about massing again...didn't check all your logs but this is when you died:
