Section Admins - who will be 'in charge' of the section in question. They will be responsible for the overall feel of the section, the setup/structure, and most importantly the community/users in the section. This will incorporate the old 'ombudsman' role. And insofar as the Section Admin is responsible for the users, they are also responsible for the high level mod behaviour towards the users.
So -as a user - if you have an issue with how you are treated, rules, bans, whatever --goto the section admin... They are there for you!

There is no 'reporting structure' in this setup -- tech, mod, and section admins are all on equal footing, each with their own (somewhat overlapping) responsibilities.
Mods report directly to the mod admin, and indirectly to the section admin for the section in which they mod.

Any except the Plague one...as much as i love all the updates you have done Sol i do not like this arena type of match :smt119
Also you should make it so if it's a race war the winning race get to knock that achievement off.

no too many winners then and all the non players will get it too,
I like the plague one cos all entrants end up with something for the time spent, but like the knockout ones better to play..

stick to the one account per person rule too please

I agree with femme on the one account per person rule for deathmatch / plague tournaments. Cant really do it for the racewar though :P

I cant believe its been so long since the last racewar, hope it becomes a yearly event.

A race war twice a year would be great...Once over the Christmas/New Year period and one again in June....That way it gives 6 months for the winners to have the title that they can display :smt069

As for two many people winning the achievement yes that is true but the other achievements that you need to do take forever as well and just as long...this way it would give you a 1 in 4 chance of getting it knocked of your list and it would make those who are trying to get the achievements done a reason to stay in the race war and make it more interesting :smt091
