3) He massed me back
4) I said well done. It could of stopped there. No harm done. I was impressed with him, so that is kudos to him
5) He massed other members of Ricos. He could of sent me a pm telling some of my members where asking for naq back, i did not know this.

So Ricos start to sabb what there is.
9) He massess another player in another alliance which had nothing to do with the original incident


So tell me again, how this poor person is being dealt with un-fairly. Of course he is going to get aggressive pm from players he massed.

So, either this account is yours Rudy, or a multi or some other as it is so strange the only person responding to this is you

Have you even PMed him or talked to the rest of your alliance about this demand and try to work something out? I doubt it, since you guys are just wanting to mass him and sit on him till he quits or repays everything.

You are talking **Filtered** on the forums about us, your sticking your nose into our business and openly saying your going to help a player against Ricos.. If this how OE HC or former member act then I have doubt Ricos can build back relationships as on one hand hand OE are smiling at us saying good things and the next they are plotting behind our backs.

You made a thread about this, not I. You could have just posted in the war thread set up already by ricos or members of ricos.

If this is how Ricos act, declaring that you could help out and give out advice while using the other hand to beat someone.... Well it just shows how ricos are really are....an unhonorable alliance.

[spoiler]1. No hits on Main
2. Peace should be set to all alliances under the Ricos and Omegan Empire banners.
3. Alliances under said banners should be listed in full and updated when changes made on both Empire, alliances forums for their member to see.
4. There should be NO breaches, however if a NEW member accidentally breaches the NAP then full reparation should be paid back to the ALLIANCE LEADERS or DIPLOMATS with FULL ATTACK LOGS posted.
5. Vendettas MUST go through and be accepted by both HCs
6. NAP can only be broken with no less then a 2 month notification.
7. Farming on ascended is permissible for hits no less than 300Trill DMU
8. All player on ascended must be TAGGED with there empire/alliance name/abbreviation + year eg; OE2013 or Omegan Empire 2013


Additional:-

a) No **Filtered** talking on the forums about each other empire's, alliances
b) No **Filtered** talking in race names, red title or planets
c) Members who jump out of said banned alliances must be out of the alliance for a minimum of 2 months after last attack, or the NAP is deemed invalid.
d) Ricos Alliances will NOT support DDE in any war against Omegan Empire alliances.. otherwise clause 1.A will incur with a multiplier of 4 to the future negotiation fee.[/spoiler]

And you are CORRECT. That is not in the NAP. BUT, if this is the case, PLEXED is pulling the trigger, but OE are feeding him the ammunition Indirectly if you do help him.

As someone in an high position in OE, you seem to have a lack of understanding for the finer things in politics.

You might as well pull the trigger yourself?

Also, if you are just playing around then it is a risky game you play especially how thin our/your trust is with OE/Ricos.

Agreed. All I was doing was telling folks if they help him, they are with him. Giving a heads up to players, making sure it is clear. Nothing more, nothing less.

You told me the background, I was happy, then Rudy openly admits (joke or no joke) he is going to help.

As you have said, ALL OE players follow the OE Senate rules, but clearly Rudy is rattling a cage which to me is not in the best interest of both OE and Ricos which the thin trust we have and trying to build up with someone saying, we are un-honrourable, they will help our enemies is not good.

What is it that people do not see where I am coming from. Rudy no needed to have posted. I have told Ricos members not to put there 5 cents into any OE troubles as this is not our concern even if we disagree with those actions.

But you missed my point. Don't play the innocent when you're not. You're mad at a guy because he didn't respond kindly to your fair hit mass policy, then say it out loud. You don't like that a random said no to the great and all mighty egos of Ricos Warlords, have the guts to say just that. Don't try to win some PR battle here on the forums.
