Changing planet stats
Max once per planet per person. Reason should be pretty clear.

Hmm, I dunno. I quite like having the ability to change my planet configuration around from time to time. It's already costing 20 odd MPDSD per stat so its not all that cheap top begin with.
If you wanted to limit it further, say once per planet per market reset? And no sooner than 24 hours after acquiring a planet.

Or double cost for each stat change after the first two changes (so you can change a dual at the default cost)?

I think a stat change should also revert it to the lowest possible new values. say 1tril atk and 1tril def and 500bil income if you wish to change the income to UP it would become the smallest value which I think was 3062 or something. Meaning you would have to respend more naq to build it other than losing only partial stats.

but lets reduce it to cost only 5 merlins per stat change
a change can only be done 1 time per week.
Afterall
if i could change them back to income and UP..
i wouldn't be such a pain!

really, complaining about changing stats, i personally like the option of changing the stats when i need to, and 20 per stat is not cheap by any means. if anything i think it should cost less, but meh, its nice having the option to change ur stats to your needs.
