Open table - training alliances.

I'm talking real training alliances, as in ones with not fully ascended and not powerful players, a few alliances have one. I'd like to propose an idea I have found from a separate game I played in my time away. Basically they had training alliance rules and is like to see if this is possible. Discuss away. It's a good way to keep new players playing.
It would look somthing like this and would only work if we all signed up to it.

Only 2 "established players" per training alliance (definition to be made)

No covert levels above 36
No army size above trade cap
Etc etc.

Training wars only.

It would not be a "safe place" during wars as rules be set down that can be discussed to prevent abuse by bigger players trying to worm out. These would be "true" training alliances and would be policed by a council of members of people who sign up to the idea. Naq hits would be allowed but not excessive somthing like the dra a everyone seems to have these days but universal.

Anyway just somthing I've thought about for a while now...

Sounds interesting, would be good to see how it ends up. I just thought of something similar, work experience:
Instead of pulling the established players from the alliances, have a group of noobs go to the alliances for a sort of work experience, after a week or so, they can war other groups that went to other alliances. They then rotate to another alliance, learn and build etc.

I think the idea is noble. But in practice alliances have each their own way od doing things. And therefor is not doable.

Its a great concept Buck but the game mechanics, the current rules and certain players such as ....well you know, it wont last long.

Universal DRA would require 100% of alliances, and lone wolves in the game, to agree not to mass these guys, and talk first. While I'm sure some of them would be up for it... others enjoy their m.exp too much.

Second would be the current issue with Ng accounts. All new players to the game, (note the main server login page) are directed to start in Newgrounds and work on getting a *account into main. An open training alliance, catering to new players to game, somehow needs to be able to work with those accounts as well.

Problem is, they're currently indistinguishable from established player multis. It's become something of a joke, for established player multi's, to join other alliances, and cause them trouble. You only have to look at the Fight Club war thread to see it.
