It's a limit becouse well some guys in war can't do more then that :D defences were droping too fast and they guys who were doing it were called "scripters" :) so AJ or whoever add that :) war/war is 30 attacks per 2 s

Completely wrong. Admin could not come up with a better solution to stop farming scripts, bots, etc. so he added that in to the game.

P.S. Some guys do apparently know how to circumvent that limit though.
