Cap on platform defences, relative to the planet's natural defence. Think in terms of, how your attack planets can only provide a % of your 'natural' attack power.
Tossed around numbers were 300-400% boost, so for example :

Since natural planet defence is already capped at 3T, would provide a max bonus (using that, completely under discussion ratio ), bonus of x3 12T platform = 39trils.
