That post translates roughly into "I can't onliner so I sniper" then he tries to make a case for himself.

I am messaging you to cease needless attacks and the pissant naquadah hits.

This is a wargame, and an occasional farming is expected. However attacking for puny amounts of Naquadah and making a dozen attacks on empty, especially killing spies is another matter.
