It is hard to use SS that way. If you give money to a higher account and have them purchase the SS and apply it to your account, it is the same as buying it yourself. The amount of resources you get for SS is tied to the account receiving it not the person buying. If you give a higher account money and have them purchase it for their account and transfer resources to you, it takes forever and a day due to trading limitations. Also you can only transfer resources to another account up to a certain size apparently because I had a hard time giving resources to a few people.
