autobanned

Hi my account on ascended server was banned and not sure exactly whats going on. it shows ive been auto-banned. I don't know why this would be I am not in any tournament nor have I ever been in one. I just want to play the game. im rather pissed that this happened to me and would like to chat with an admin about getting my account back online ASAP. below is a copy of the exact message I get when I try to log in!
