The Tech Caches are kinda bugged.. *Resolved

I tryed to use my caches on a demi, it did work but the demi i choose to use them on didnt get **Filtered**, instead one of the other demis got the xp...

The demi i was supposed to use the tech's on is named Wraith Essen, instead this demi named Bob got them. (and he is rly **Filtered**) can you undo this? i tryed with 1 tier 1 cache, and 2x tier 2 caches.

Easier to get another tech cache less arguments from other people to me.
In the mean time, you need at least 2 x tier 2 for an articulated achievement, so you may as well aim for 3 and use one.
