They are in the Market sub section on the left,
You may need SS though (Supporter Status) and you get that by trading 1000 GnR or paying $10s

Still 6 MTs weekly. Market tab on the left hand side, the MT-only options are at the top of the page, and if you scroll farther down you'll see the oldschool resource-for-resource-and-MT boxes.

you dont need SS for normal MT. they work without, market tab on the left at the command bar... click on that, scroll down, should all be there.

I bought a lot of MTs back in the day. It was a complex trade! Took ages to explain to the newbies how to do it. There were a lot of scammers trying it on too. Every other day someone would try (and fail) to scam me over it.
