Hello Everyone

THE COLLECTIVE IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING!

The Collective was first created in 2007 and since then it has evolved and changed several times however it is now back as an independent alliance not linked to any other alliance (no sister alliances and no apart of an empire). We have had many great players come and go over the years and the one thing I have always tried to maintain is the family feeling/vibe. We are not just a bunch of randoms playing a game, The Collective is more then that we are always their for each other.

This game is currently lacking independent alliances that are doing their own thing and that's what we aim to do.

Our Mission Statement!

The Collective aims to create a family feel/vibe within the alliance to make everyone comfortable and welcomed. We are a peaceful alliance and do not seek war at all, we will try every possible avenue of diplomacy to sort out any issues that might arise. We do not judge people based on their lifestyle choices at all, we are all the same under the skin!

Current Requirements!

1) Active ingame
2) Able to post/check out forums at least a few times a week

Less then a month and we have 14 active accounts (1 on vac mode for now as well).
In the top 10 ranks for alliance rankings.
Very active forum and members (lots of spam lol).
Skype group chat set up and active.
Teaching some people how to play and grow.
All while flexing out diplomacy muscles to keep the alliance happy and in growth mode while avoiding any major issues with other alliances.

Time for another update! Alliance Age: at least 32 days old

1) 16-17 accounts floating around in TC
2) All members are active
3) Those that are ascending are doing it on the dot every two weeks if not sooner (if they are under AG)
4) Growth programs in the works
5) Active forum with a lot of spam.

Things are looking really well for The Collective, We are still recruiting. Feel free to stop on by our forums and register for some spam and maybe even check out the application area.
