Whats the rank range for getting the extra gnr points for ascending

At the moment it is 126 (= 5 GNR per turn). 1264 =1 GNR per turn
And speed ascensions can only happen for your first 10 ascensions (I believe, been too long). Then your being is too big/powerful to go through fast ascensions and you must wait longer between cycles.
