dont you think its a bit unfait to send such a weak accoutn liek the deitys into battle? i mean he is onyl ranked like 2 or so..

Well there could be a maximum rank limit but that is oft times is useless due to certain accounts 'One-Stating' so perhaps a total assets maximum or perhaps an upper Strike/Defence Action limitation.
I know there was another 'n00b Wars' not that long ago. Perhaps would could "borrow" their rules in a completely non-copyright-infringement kind of way. Or just get the organisers of the last one in on it.

A somewhat arbitrary question, but I can't remember... can officers of the same com attack each other?
I seem to recall it being in the negative.
