I was actually talking to him on msn when he logged in and noticed he was banned lol. My alliance at the time were having issues with him so i was trying the diplomacy thing then a few weeks later he was banned as we chatted via msn. Saved me doing a lot of work lol. Thats what happens when you cheat peeps ^_^

I'd add in Drag0n and Windwalker from PF to any of these lists, both were solid players and excellent at the whole diplomacy thing.

JJ and CC to spam forums to distract people, as well.

I remember wmd999 being rank 1 forever, back when the alliance "Phenomenon" was a thing, and when STI took rank one from wmd.
