Supporter Status issue :( *RESOLVED*

So I've put my multi to vac last week. Account had {Supporter Status}. Now since it returned from vac mode it's status was degraded to {Market Supporter Status}.

I really don't know what happened, why it happened. It's a bit annoying since i cant trade via brokers with my main account

I contacted Support on forum via pm, but no responses so far

It's a known issue with going on vac with an NGM. Assuming you have provided Support with the user ID, it will get sorted out.
