Why I am losing naquadah per turn

My naquadah per turn was about 300,000 last night. Now it is down to about 160,000 per turn. I have the same exact amount of mining drones and nothing else changed. I did switch comaanders though, but I don't know what that does. Why am I losing so much money per turn? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
