Bernie's logic is right, 90% of the time 1% of us are 99% ignorant of 1% of the facts, in that most of the time, none of us have most of the facts, and the other percent of the time, none of us have 99% of some of the facts...

Yes, I really should be slapping people around for all the insults and stuff, but then if I did that, not many would be posting anything at all.

(Seriously) I had to qualify this statement before making it, which, hopefully will only add credence to my saying that most of us are just having fun poking at each other in a good natured tongue-in-cheek sort of way. I do think a couple of folks have jumped into the Quantum Forums after seeing a quote or comment out of context but even then we have just poked back at them. So far I think all of us in the Quantum game are just having fun with the Forums.

I appreciate you letting us mess around with it and as an old fart nearer to death than birth I would be one of the first to try and cool down a thread if I thought it got truly nasty in nature! We silly Americans can be so generous, and well intentioned at times, while simultaneously being the most arrogant, know it all, judgemental, and imposing of our moral sensibilities on the rest of the world.

A real Catch-22 and contradiction of the best and worst of people. We tear each other apart in the USA split solidly down the middle of so many opposite factions each believing the other are idiots and insane with our views and opinions, meanwhile simultaneously standing firm together going to War and fighting/dying for the basic principles that we think make us so unique with our Constitution and Bill of Rights and our belief system. I myself have fought for my country, and understand the passion behind such lunacy. I find myself at odds with the two sides of the arguments that both bind and separate us so vehemently.

It is part of the 'kidding' around over the many years that people know make me both Affirmation, a person of sincere beliefs, and my split personality evil twin 'Bad Affy' who I joke about as the darkest side of me who has no Filter. Affirmation/Bad Affy, one and the same occupying the same space. Good and evil co-existing... The game play starts to mimic real life and bleed over to reality, and all we can do is hope that the good will triumph over the evil MOST of the time.

I hope we prove here in the Forums with a little fun and civility that you can be a little 'Bad' and still have fun and do Good most of the time!!
