Miners/Lifers

Miners/Lifers

What is the difference between Miners and Lifers? I've got some of each and don't know what they do that's different

Location: On the other side of a space/time anomaly...

Lifers are miners...but cannot be untrained. 10% of all miners become lifers immediately upon training.
