I like to say...

...hello everyone!

Let me introduce myself.

I am a complete fan of Stargate [the kind that has no life ;) ] to the point of having the complete DVD set of SG:SG1 [seasons 1-8] and SG:A Season 1. Now that's a lot of money invested, ain't it? LOL

I am also a complete fan of flight simulation and a skilled addon developer in the Flight Sim community. In real life, I am an Airman 1st Class in the United States Air Force and I work as a Pharmacy Technician stationed at Little Rock AFB in Arkansucks... err... Arkansas. ;) Been serving for only 2 years.

It took me quite a while to get to know the place. I wanted to make sure that these forums are not populated by half-witted monkies with bad manners. After my observation of the forums, I concluded that it's filled with people with common sense and very-good manners [along with well-set rules and reasonable moderators].

In that case, it's then safe for me to pitch a tent and set camp here in the forums.

wrong forum, this faq forum is for asking questions about the gameplay. the chat forum is better for your type of subject.
either way welcome to the game and i hope you find the game fun and time consuming lol.

Meh, Intruductions in the newbie section are alright.
Better than say.... recruitment threads in the newbie section, or repeat questions. In fact, i'm starting to like the thought of newbie intro-posts.
There individual, and I don't even have to show a n00b a link :D

Heh, anyone who posts more than two paragraphs in a reasonably thought-out manner is more than welcome to the newbie section as an occasional guest.
It helps to balance out the subject-question-and-ecmoticon-body posts.
