I have sent a few spies to AHILE, and find he/she/it has 4000 spare turns, no army, no weapons, and yet is an officer of ZODRAC.
I wonder how this is achieved? Does having a dead account with nowt but Naquadah foster some advantage?
Does this count as cheating? If not, can I make 40 officers for myself?
