Remember, its your postcount size,
not your avy size

Maybe s/he doesn't know how to reduce it.

Steps to reduce the size using paint.
1.) open file in paint
2.) click on "Image", same line as "File", "Edit", etc.(forget what that's called)
3.) go to "stretch/skew"
4.) change values to sizes smaller than 100%...I'm thinking something less than 20% would be about the right dimensions

here it is, 150x112 the same pic but its within the allowed sized for avatars (200x200), its getting annoying to see it so big. the font may be a bit small but its within the allowed size, you can just copy and paste the url for the avy
