Make Commander

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

Hmm. I've just realised something. We are all on the same ISP, and probably the same switchboard. It says something about him clicking my link already.
