Damage formulas?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

I noticed I was pulling low % from my farms, so I increased my strike action. Now I'm pulling all the naq (or more troops) and I can still repair it all the next turn if I haven't already by then.

For instance: I was going to go raiding yesterday, but I noticed one of my extremely low ranked farms had over 100 mill out. With only 11 attacks, I took all of it but maybe 8 million or so. If I hadn't have increased my strike in the last week or so, I wouldn't have taken near as much.

I still don't have a high strike (only ranked around 2,900 in that area lol) but it's increased what I can get with my AT by a quite a bit.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot.

i strongly disagree.
it has little effect (at least on me) whether i got 30 mil or 2 bil strike. I tried it and on average i was stealing the same amount of naq from the same farms with the same amount of naq out.
having a higher strike only makes your bill get greater and being able to get trhough some defences.

Seriously? So that's why I end up taking only a percentage of naq on certain raids (been very unlucky recently, usually hitting a dude who has 70-80mil out in the open and then only getting ~50mil  )

No way around that, huh?

are you declaring war

I know it made a huge difference for me going from 100 mil to 450 mil. I could have probably sold a good portion of my offense weapons, untrained my spies to drop down in the ranks and it would have likely had the same effect, but I chose to train more strike. I'm trying to IMPROVE my covert, not make it worse. :P

Oh, and like Arty said, make sure you have war declared.

Yeah, been declaring war. Still taking some weird percentages, though...

it's always going to be slightly random, and there is still a very slight rank modifier too (i believe). I've gotten anywhere from 60%-100% attacking 0 defense guys with 1 noob weapon, so im 99% sure its random within very large parameters.
