if you paid for ss with ingame resources, no. if you ascend/get 1kgr/pay $20 then u will hav full ss with p2p trades

i think it only counts for those who havent ascended yet that ascend, or people who reascend

This annoucment is in the advance notice area as what this means is that if you have market SS only, and are holding other peoples goods, you will not be able to easily return them...
So this is advance notice ...
(there will be a total of 3 player to player transfers allowed for up to 2 weeks after the change is released, to return goods just in case, but still advance notice given.) "
what is this all about in the last paragraph in the brackets wit 3 p2p trades?
