How about this.........
Turn Generation stops at 4k i say anything after 25k Turns should be held in a buffer for example
we use the same concept as Miners and lIfers
Mining Bot(Lifers) 1,20,000 (120,000)
But we do it for turns 25,000 (50,000), total turns 75k Turns
WHat is the buffer thebuffer is a temp place for extra turns its gets stored there until u use ur 25,000 until it drops below 4k The buffer will add i dunno 2-4 Extra turns per turn with ur regular turn.....so
Let say u have 3500 turns and 50,000 in buffer.....Now 30 Mins have passed.....your outcome looks like this
3500 +1 +2, (50,000-2)
3500 turns is what u had in stock
+1 turn is the general turn everybody gets every 30 mins
+2 is the buffer turns u stored up that comes out and jions ur other turns when u have lower than 4k turns out
50,000 Is ur buffer turns before the turn chnaged
-2 is buffer turn output
so ur final outcome will look like this
3503, (49.998)
what u guys think

High Empty, if you're going to mass-quote, could you please do a preview of your post? Cause now its an incomprehensible mess.
I know. But it would be nice if others could have a chance to do their share of correcting
Which is why I only mentioned it as an alternative. It was never my intention of having it added to the game. I don't mind turns being untouchable, as long as there's a limit to how many you can have at any given time.
Oh, and the fact I was massed had to do with the rollback. I had trained the units prior to the rollback, but they were returned to their original owner. He re-sent them while I was not around.
That would only cause an even bigger gap between the big and the small. I agree with High Empty that turns are undervalued, although I don't agree with his method of correcting the problem. That's something that should happen over time. Eventually, turn packages should become smaller and more expensive, and the value of naq/turns/UU should even out so that it doesn't make a difference if you buy turns and raid, or buy miners straight away.
Well is it my problem there were unders priced NO, i'am correcting the imblance.

The modifacation of any element has consquences, otherthen those dersired. Personally i have no problem introducing a turn raiding program. If you think it's going to help good luck, cause when has raiding for UU ever hurt the top players it hasn't.

we need UNLIMITED Attack Turns. that would be AWESOME! and would make the game StarGateWARS not StarGateTraders!

As soon as you build an idiot proof system, somebody else builds a better idiot.
If it moves, kill it. If it doesn't move, kick it until it does move, and then kill it.

at are currently valued at 250 m per 100 by me, and i will buy them at that rate.
the market values em at 200m per 100.
so the simple solution is to jump the price o the "real" price, so that they can compete better with people using uu to buy turns. at this stage more people will sell their turns to the market.

I will put my 2 cents into this well I read the first page and skipped to this one so if what I say has already been said I apologize.
In my opinion putting a cap on turns would take away from the game due to the fact that their are multiple ways to play. Like high empty he aproaches the game as a trader. Just because he charges alot doesn't mean others do I can alway get turns for about a 14:1 uu at ratio which isn't as good as the market but it is just part of the game so I would say leave as is. Besides a while ago (long long while ago) their was no market and everything was on the black market so don't be complaining. Forum doesn't have to have this be part of the game.

How about instead of turn raiding or a hard cap, introduce a turn decay rate once you are over 4000 turns. If you are over 4000 turns, you lose 1% per turn until you are below 4001. That would deter people from hoarding turns as a way of banking, but also allow people to buy a bunch to distribute to allies or attack with.

i agree with this idea but think that 1% is wayyy too much. if one had 25k turns he'd loose 250 turns per turn (yes it would get less but it's alot newertheless.)
i'd say if you're under 8-10k (arbitrary number, could be discussed further) you don't loose anything. then it starts with 0,01 percent (out of 20k it's still about 2 turns per turn lost.) and the more you have the greater the percentage loss per turn gets. i don't think it should be alot but should accumulate to a significant amount over an extended period of time.

That's the idea, keep people from hoarding turns as alternative banking. The more you hoard, the more you lose. If you want to hold massive resources, you're going to have to put it into something that could possibly be destroyed. I'm guessing that there's a reason why there's even a bank cap in the first place? I'd say that reason applies here as well.

to be honest here guys i dont like any of these ideas.
at the end of the day all i want to see is the market replenished with turns, enough for all at a respectable price.
14 UU to 1 AT is still just to damnd high a price to pay.
and the whole point of this thread is getting our hands on more AT, so i dont like the idea of a decay of any kind of percentage.
