About four months ago I was unfortunate enough to have been attacked fifty eight times with 1 turn each time causing devastating damage.
My defence was bigger than the guys strike so he ate away at my defence with 1 turn attacks until he had completely destroyed my entire defence and mothership.
You can only sabb someone a number of times before you are stopped by a too much activity warning and I think it's wrong that you can attack someone with 1 turn attacks until you run out of turns.....
I would like to see this changed so the same rule for sabbing is the same for attacking....
I know I'm not the only one who's been attacked in this way...

Every attack, rather you use 1 turn or 15, does the same amount of damage. So do the math. Take some hypothetical numbers. Say you do 8mil damage per attack to someone's weapons, kill 60-80 units per attack, and destory 2-4 mothership weapons/shields per attack. You can do that 1 turn at a time and do that much damge 90 times or you can do it with full 15 turn attacks and do it 6 times.
And, with the 1 turn tactic you can repair your own weapons between every hit and do max damage each time.
With that said, I don't think there should be a limit. It's already all but impossible to really wreck someone in this game. While I have no desire to cause any player to loose everything, it is frustrating that there is really almost no way to really truly hurt someone in this "war" game. Limiting the attacks would only make it even more difficult.

i disagree when i was massing someone the 1 turn attacks did hardly anythign to hid def despite having 4x more attack, btu when i did a run of 15 turn atacks his def was desimated and destroyed in seconds, and yes i did MANY 1 turn attacks beofre switching over cos they werent doing a thing
,
...
as for the suggestion ... i think it is a good idea, altho it needs soem mroe thought. there will be side affects of this kind of update, like raiding will be harder.
But i DO think its a GOOD idea, just needs soem mroe thoguht , im also sure its been suggessted before,
ALTHO soemone only masses you if youve doen sometihgn wrong , really you should just rebuild and not whine no offense. maybe a slight limitation to the number of attacks per turn would be good,

Reaver your wrong on some of that,if your trying to destroy just a mothership 1 turn attacks do the same damage but if your trying to destroy a defence 15 turn attacks do alot more damage when massing same for killing spies
and HELL NO its a war game if you dont want hit dont piss some one off there is already that 20% thing that protects your defence from a strike if it is less than 20% of your defence just suck it up and move on

That's incorrect actually - using 15AT does more damage than 1.

I disagree
Massing someone is fun, but being massed yourself is bad
