if i'd get it with the ingame resources (would it be possible to get a confirmation if this is possible at all) would i get a 50% increase in bank capacity and the ppt?

i mean if i aim at an increased bank it's much cheaper than getting it with the 20$ ppt bonus (again with ingame resources only).
