geting SS by that trade broker thing

After the big game update admin took my friends SS ability away (long story). Since he can not ascend and dosen't have 1000 G&R points, is there any way that he can get SS by that trade broker thing? If so, how can he get the SS by the trade broker?

What he does:

He goes to the black market, agrees to pay someone uu, in return they buy him $$ ss

He goes to the trade broker enters their ID, puts in the details, saying for example, he wasnt $$ ss and he will pay 100k uu, then, when his account receives a $$ ss, from somene donating, the uu automatically gets transferred to the other person's account.

Beware: For $20 ss, people are charging up to 150kuu

I was under the impression that the player with the bling needs to start the trade. If your friend is giving resources for someone to pay cash for their Full SS, the person giving the cash needs to start the trade.

NEW FULL SS FEATURE

For those with full SS (not market Supporter since this would cause the exact same issue as we are trying to remove) player to player transfers will soon be enabled on the 'Market Broker' (an addition, not replacement, to the 'give' function)--

How will it work?
figure the deal out ahead of time, then the 'trade placer' will put their goods in holding, set the details of the trade, and who they will trade with (the 'trade partner').
A notice will goto the stated 'trade partner' to put their goods into holding/agree to the deal.
Now that both goods are in holding, and both have agreed, the trade is done and the goods exchanged.
In the case of real money (again this is not encouraged, still holds much risk, and the game administration cannot place any guarantee on actually recieving funds or preventing future 'backouts' ) it must be the one GIVING the money to instigate the trade, such that only when funds are RECEIVED by the trade partner, do they agree to the trade since it is the trade partner that finalizes the deal.
