An idea to balance power.

Coordinated Operations- You loan a portion (determined by you) of your attack/defense/covert units to a player. He can then use these units as he wishes. This could supplement the player of your choice for a while. And as Management is severly cracking down on multple accounts then you don't really have to worry about one person using two accounts to supplement each other. Add that you have to be in the same alliance or an officer and its perfect.
Intended Effect: If the number one guy starts pissing everybody off there's something everybody else can do about it.

Yeah - these have been brought up before (lots of times). And ranking is based on attack/defence/covert/mothership power - and is perfectly logical how it is.

Second - when posting - please give your suggestion a title that is actually relevant to the idea.

though i like the idea (even though it already been suggested) i think the only way it could work is with a seperate ranking system which would only be used for compariosn purposes, much like the race ranking which has been suggested for main. as it would work on a greater than system
i.e
attatck strength = this is the number of ppl's denfences you can't penetrate
defense strength = this number of ppls attack that can't penetrate your defence, this way, like the current ranking systems the lower number the better.

Not quite sure I like your tone. And if you cannot be bothered to use the search function or look for the old suggestions some other way, why should I do it for you? Usually I lock suggestions that have been made before - but I have left this open as they have not been suggested for some time - I wonder now why I bothered??

Since you are so desperate for a response on the first idea - it has been suggested and rejected before. Ultimately - you can already loan troops and you can (essentially) loan naq to buy additional weapons.

Adding this idea would not encourage people to build their own account - instead they might tend to rely on their more powerful commanders/alliance members.

ive tryed using the search function a couple times b4. its sorta mest up. i type the subject im looking for and it will pop up w/ sumthin else. if that was ur case also, obrecht. so i rarelly use it anymore.

That what I was saying, I did use the search function. I got info on massing. But thank you for the answer. The idea is you need units in a pinch so you ask people for them. Or for a crap load of 3000+ ranks to attack the number 1.

Waterloo- 3-4 countries band together that normally wouldn't, to fight a country they couldn't otherwise take on.

Thats what I'm taking here. Each person designates a target to attack at a certain time. A bunch of people can throw in a pool. At the given time a huge attack presses forward. Each participant can give turns up to 15 total. So if ten player band with an average of 1 B and attack, its as if one player attacked with 10 Billion. This is so that smaller players can band together to overcome larger opponents.

You could also do defense. A huge player is bribing a player. Everybody can pitch in defense until a certain time to help defend the player.

Couldn't take on?? You mean France? Hmmm - You need to read your history a bit more - particularly the events 5 years prior to Waterloo.

Anyway - your idea is sound - but as already stated - you can already send troops and naq (with SS), and you can already do group massings - group massings would probably become less frequent with this idea, therefore taking away some fun.
