Races

All over the place Ive seen races like system lords or ancients or something similar. Will I automatically be upgraded after a certain rank? or do I have to go through the Marketplace?

You get those differnt races when you ascend, which you get from gaining 1000 or more glory and repuatation points and you gain glory and repuataion ponits by being in the top 2% of the game, which is ranked around 850 at the moment.
