untrained mercs

i noticed when i attk people that usually the dead soldiers become UU (im a goauld). its not often that they become untrained mercs. ie one atk gets me 60uu and a another atk gets me30uu and 30UM. does it depend on who im atkking to get UM added to my untrained ranks?

i know that UM actually do nothing.

I believe forum suggested that the goauld spcl turned dead Mercs into UM and dead SS into UU.

I.e. Try and take out persons with large amounts of SS and few mercs.

from what i noticed when I was goauld.. it was pretty much completely random what became mercs and what became UU.. for the most part they became UU.. but still I got a lot of Umercs too. that might have changed since I havent been a goauld for like 4 months now.

dead supers turn into uu. dead trained units/mercs turn into untrained mercs ^_^

Wow, almost makes me want to be goauld... just think of all the money you could save by cashing in dead mercs for 50% of the naq to buy new ones.
