untrained global population

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

untrained global population

what are they good for? Can they be trained as military?

I think this should be in the Chaos section, but i'll answer anyway.

You're untrained population is "civilians" basically. a percentage of those are trained into your military each day.

They don't do anything till you train them into UU. (which is what training rate is for)
