Okay, here is the thing. Back in January, I sold my UU, before quiting SGW and Multiing (and gettin banned). When I sold my UU, I sold 2 Mil UU to [™§£KHM£†] for $1000US. I had talked to [™§£KHM£†] for a while, done some trades, and was in his allience, CrystalForce Elite. I trusted him, which is why I sent him 2 Mil UU to him, and he said he would pay me the $1000US asap (end of febuary roughly).

Just to also let you know, I do not have my MSN logs of this deal, as my computer hardrive lost everything when it stuffed up...so I lost everything on my computer. But I do have some messages that he has sent to me though fourm about the trade. It is the best solid evidence that I could find..Here are what some of them said...

My first message to him:

His reply:
A reply to what? I havent been on for a bit...i have had some issues in real life.

My reply:
ahhh sorry didnt know. i was jus wondering how much $$ u got now... thats all.

His reply:
Well its not coming as fast as id hoped...Whitey kinda screwed me by selling his naq for 1$ per bill....

My reply:
damm well thts not a prob, got a rougth idea when u have the full amount, and how much you have now?

His reply;
rough idea..no..i am going to try to stay true to my word and have it by the end of Feb. as for what I have now..I did a deal for 200$ but I havent been paid yet..it was sort of a deal like you and I have....he needed the UU to generate naq to sell..so I am just waiting.

These messages were made on Sat Feb 04, 2006. Whitey would be able to say that these fourm messages were legit, and that they wernt tampered with.



While that is not 100% evidence of the deal, its the best I could find. However, I have talked to many people about this deal I had with [™§£KHM£†], and asked them for advise many times. While they dont have to get involved if they dont want to, these people include Robe, koskesh, and Corkscrew. I will ask these people later if they want to post..

Anyway, after not gettin a message back from [™§£KHM£†] for a long time, I finally caught him online on the SGW fourms. I immdeietly posted him, and this is what happened.

My first message to him:
COmon man, you not answering me. Do you want me to make a scam thread???

His reply:
scam thread for what? your the cheater here..didnt you have a bunch of accounts deleted, and now you want to accuse me of cheating...gimme a break

My Reply:
WTH, I sold you UU, and I only cheated after I quit sgw, which was when I was bored. Dont you remember, I sold 2 mil UU to you for 1 k

His reply:
You gave me 2 mill UU because you were quitting and couldnt sell them and now you want to say you sold them to me...and for 1k$$? thats funny! UU is going for .20 per k! you actually think you Im gonna pay you that...you gave them to me. Who's the scammer now....? If you want to play games..go ahead...go ahead and make your scammer thread.. you allegations are unfounded and will only prove in the end that you deserved to get deleted...stuff..you even cheated on ATW from what I hear... sad that you have to resort to blaming me for stuff...

My reply:
dude, you bought them off me. Dont lie now. Give me back the UU if you dont want to pay 1 k. Its simple! I do have the proof that you did agree to pay this.

His reply:
proof what? you made up a convo? i also have our convo **Filtered**...dont try to **Filtered** me...i also have the message you sent to Koskesh before you sent the UU to him to hold for me because I was ascending. Like I said..make your accusations in public, if you really think they will believe you..I know what our deal was, and I dont care what "Evidence" you made up. stuff or get off the pot, I cant wait to publicly humiliate you for trying to scam me.

As you can see, he has completly denyed the fact that we had any deal. He is trying to make me out as the scammer. Its true I sent the UU to Koskesh, but that was under his wishes. I dont care about the money now. All I would like to do is let you people know what a scamming perosn [™§£KHM£†] is. I trusted [™§£KHM£†], and look what he does.

So guys, tell me what you think. If possible I would want my UU form him back, but the least that could happen is let you guys know the true colours of [™§£KHM£†].

As far as Massari's accusations..they are completeley unfounded...the situation is as follows:

Massari was trying to sell off his ingame UU (which I believe he mostly got as a result of multying) and was having no luck selling them. He first told a few players in our alliance he was selling them to them but at the same time told me he was selling to me. He also had open deals with ( if I remember correctly) 3 other players - all for the same UU. I told him that I would talk to him about them if he couldnt sell them off..which it turned out he could not. We originally had talked about me holding them until his heat blew over ( he blamed it on school, but I figured he was cheating and wanted to get away for a while) and then I would give them back, but in an MSN convo later on, he said this:

As far as me staying "true to my word" my word was that I would try to get him some money for them. As I stated in my post to him, Whiteys prices made it impossible for me to sell anything to make any kind of nominal money.

Now, for those of you who know me, a reminder and for those who dont, an introduction...I have played this game since just after it started and not once in that whole time, have I ever been accused of or remotely linked to any kind of cheating or scamming. I have linked My feedback thread for your inspection. I challenge anyone beside Massari to bring forth allegations of scamming or any other malicious acts.

Furthermore, Massari fails to include the emails I sent to him when he started pestering me about this, in which I offered to give him half of the UU back because I was never able to make any money for him..(though he never required it). He replied to me that he wanted the money or all the UU back, and now that he has accused me of scamming, he will get none. I have prided myself on being a fair player and a good trader and Massari, you have now tarnished that record.

BTW, the accusations you read above are being made by a player who was banned from TGW for cheating with multie accounts...and was also almost banned by the Admin of ATW for cheating pretty much from the beginning of the game there. Had it not been for what I imagine was some good ass-kissing, he would be banned there too.

Okay first things first as you like to say. The Multiying that I did was AFTER..I repeat AFTER I quit SGW, and sold my UU. So that did not get me UU...now back to thos logs and things you just said, my name has never been .OLEBANESE_PTBLOo:., nor have I ever said this phase in my life.

Regardless of your good record SO FAR, doesnt mean that you didnt scam me. Look at Esker, he has never had a bad trade in his life, and then he scams. This could be the same situation here.

You fail to understand that this game is TGW, and I never cheated while I played the game seriously. ATW is a differnt thing completly.

I did, but I never had that .O in my name nor did I have it in caps or even have that _ between my name, so that proves that those logs are bull. And I am not calling sek a cheater, I am calling him a scammer.

well the logs that sek posted are not real ones as I just said. And I am not denying the fact i cheated in atw, but i dont care. This is 2 mil UU, that he promised me for 1000$, and ignored me for a couple months until today.

I don't know about scamming, but malicious acts I have an example of. A while back, we're both in Crystal Force, and all of my officers had names that looked like multi's. But fine, it makes perfect sense for the alliance to request that I ask them to change their names, as it appears that they are multi's, and that would make the alliance look bad.

Sek, however, decided to take it upon himself to demand (on behalf of the alliance) that I make them change their names and As far as I know, without approval from any other alliance leaders. But instead of making it a fully appropriate request, Sek made it an Ultimatum, giving me 24 hours to have them change thier names, and he even added in "or else".

Clearly, that's hardly the manner in which you should ask your fellow alliance members to do things. Not only is it a ridiculous demand, since I couldn't be expected to get Sek's message, and relay it to all my officers, and have them recieve the message within 24 hours.

But besides that, his manner in dealing with that sitiuation pretty clearly shows him to be a prick, who I believe to be fully capable of scamming people.

Its convienient how Lord Morlock leaves out that he was asked repeatedley to have his officers change their names because they were drawing negative attn. to our alliance. Upon prompting him, once again, to do so, I was met with attitude. Im actually surprised you even posted here dude...did Massari/Habib/Ergon track you down to help his case? Just pitiful... as I said before if anyone can find a situation where I cheated or scammed someone..then please post. Oh...and that prick comment will earn you a visit kid...there is business, then there is personal....find the line and stay behind it.
