im not going to take any sides on this, but i will say one thing, which zero said but which no1 has replied to yet.
i have known both these people from CFE, and i worked quite extensively with massari on the CFE PPT program.
What i have to say is this - this whole thread is useless because Massari CANNOT get his UU back. it doesnt matter whether or not he cheated to get that UU (which i dont believe he did, but which is irrelevant) because the fact that he cheated after this deal (regardless of what the deal actually was) means he is no longer allowed to play Stargate Wars, so how the hell does he want his UU back if he isnt allowed to have an account???

im sorry, but i dont really care who scammed who or who didnt scam who, there is no possible way for Zero to send the UU back to Massari as Massari is now no longer playing, nor allowed to play

umm I am allowed to play. I just have a new account thats all.......so if I get my UU back they go to that account and I start playing seriosly. I just play semi-seriously now...

I would love my UU, but I also want to show that sek is a scammer. You read all that crap he posted...

all a person has to do is pm forum saying the person you banned for cheating is back, and u can say bye bye to whatever account you have

ok im swung here but i believe Massari to be telling the truth for more reasons then one this is the evidence i have found

1. Sek didnt pm massari for months due to family problems but was able to pm me ingame a few weeks ago teling me not to hit him again alst i will get destroyed, which btw contradicts the statement by beliskner that he isnt a nasty man. so he couldnt have found the time to pm massari - yea rite get real man.

2. there is more empirical evidence that sek has kept the uu without paying because massari is askin forum to look at the logs that he is pasting onto the forum whereas sek is just sayin this is a log is true - yea rite get real man.

3. Why would massari give 2mill uu wen he could have sold them a price must have been put on them especially if there not really gd friends so again - yea rite sek get real man.

4. everything looks legit on massaris side but seks is all messed up mate just admit it actually ur rite u wouldnt do that cos u have a gd record and it wouldnt want to be tainted.

people make what u want on this but iam taking massaris side and iam sure that a ??? will come up in my sab logs from the person who has never been known to show hostilities towards anyone - now i wish i hadnt ascended cos i could have defended them so if u want to sab me assasin be warned my covert will grow

Ok..1) I had no reason to PM Massari...when he sent the first PM asking about the $$..he had already been accusing me of scamming him...yet it took him 2 months to make a thread about it...makes me wonder if he has a buyer for those UU now and is just doing this to get them back so he can make money off the game.

2) to your comment about sabbing you because you are taking sides...I have never and will never take action against someone, just because they went against me in Forum..unlike many, I grasp that this venue of communication is and will be used to vent opinions..opinions that should not be used to formulate feelings ingame. You will not be sabbed or even attacked for your assumptions Memento...and as for my message to you a few weeks ago..it is a standard message I send out to all who test my defenses..dont be flattered.

3) As far as me playing....until a week ago..I wasnt actively playing...I would log in every now and again for a minute or two when i had a computer at my disposal, just to check on things..but other than that, I have been spending almost every other moment working 2 jobs because I have to provide a place for me to sleep and eat here in Texas..as well as pay for all my wife's and childrens expenses since we are seperated and they went back to California. I recently was able to sell a very expensive Hotwheel and I have been able to slim it down to one job in the day.

4) So for you naysayers...keep naysaying..you should fear no retribution from me. Any and all of you who want to take your assumptions to the next level ingame..feel free..I am quite willing and able to oblige any onslaught. So to sum it up...quit **Filtered** about it and bring it if you really think I have done wrong.

ok I was going to stay out of this, but this is too much.
in jan Massari contacted me asking me if I knew the deal btw sekhmet and him and I told him no. then he told me that he was going to send me 2mil uu to hold for sekhmet. (I made a joke about it saying sekhmet will never see the uu) then I asked him how much sekhmet pay for the uu and Massari told me that nothing and since he is leaving the game he is going to give them to sekhmet and he will try to sell them for him (for Massari),
after about 10 or 15 days of Massari sending the uu he start asking me if I knew about Sekhmet having his mony and i told him that i dont know and he need to contact him diractly . and massari also asked me if I trust sekhmet and I told him yes and if sekhmet told him he will try to sell them he will. (dam sekhmet even try to sell the uu to me)

now, Im not saying that Sekhmet or Massari are lieing or telling the truth. this is just part of the convo I got sofar. so when I return home I will looke for the rest of them

The amazing thing here is that, Massari's name appears as Massari {Ostracized} but you look at Zero's and there is no tag other than Crystal Force Elite. Once a Cheater alway's a cheater, there should not be any room in this game for cheats as it takes away from the real players who work on their accounts and go thru all the growing pains that the great players such as Zero and the rest go thru.

I am sorry massari but that message after two month's proves nothing and it is rather annoying how it screws up the thread size. I know that if I was promised $1000 I would be after the guy no matter what his personal problems where at the time.(Sorry Zero) I would not have waited to months When I decided to start to play the game again to make a public case out of it. I would have started A few weeks after the deal.

You cannot take 2million uu from a cheat for free, and then say: I hate you cheats. You directly profitted from massari, and if massari "once a cheat always a cheat" you clearly profitted from a cheat.

Ok people, hopefully this will answer everyone questions.

To my knowledge massari was not cheating when all this deal was going on. (If he was no one knew)

The conversation I hade with sekhmet was that basically he told me that massari was going to leave the game and he was trying to sell some uu. (I can confirm that because massari attempted to sell me the uu 2 weeks before and he did tell me that he was going to quit the game) he also told me that massari told him that he was not successful in selling the uu and he was going to send them to sekhmet. Sekhmet also told me that he told massari that he will try to sell them for him for about 1000$$.
(To my understanding massari just gave the uu to sekhmet. And now you are going to ask why would some one just give away 2mil uu, well in the last 6 months I have given away just over 4mil uu. So it’s possible)

The conversation I hade with massari was that he is going to sent 2mil uu to me so I can hold on to them for sekhmet. (At this point he never mention anything about selling them to sekhmet). One week after I hade received the uu and already sent them to sekhmet massari asked me if I could trust sekhmet and if he would keep his word, and I told him yes I do trust him and so should he. About 2 weeks after that massari contacted me again asking me if I think sekhmet was going to have his money in a month. (This was the first time massari mentioned anything about sekhmet owing him any money) I told massari if sekhmet told him he was going to have his money he will.
(Sekhmet never talked to me about him buying the uu from massari)

So in conclusion I can say they are both correct and they are both wrong. They should of take more time to clarify the deal.

So I think sekhmet was thinking that massari gave the uu to him and as a good friend he was going to try to get some $$ for him. But the uu was given to him, not sold to him.

In other hand I think massari gave the uu to sekhmet thinking that he was going to sell them for him and give the $$ to massari in about a month.

This conversation was gathered from all my record on massari and sekhmet.

So I think what they need to do is just send me the uu and just call it a quit (I get the uu for free)…. J/k

and about massari's name being defrent, it is but he did use that name befor just the carectors are mising.

ps: Sekhmet did and dose have family problem, he used to call me every day but for the last 2 months or so its been like once every 2 weeks or so *dam sekhmet you call yourself a friend* lol j/k so he is not lying about his problem.

You are right...but obviously..ppl are coming up with posts..that, if not responded to, help Massari's case. Already ppl are doubting my honor, which eventhough this is just a game, does upset me, because I have played a long time a never had this problem. thanks for the observation though.
