PPT Extended

My PPT appears to have been extended, even though it was meant to be finished later today, and I recieved this message at the top of my command page:

Your PPT has been extended by 12hours. Also, time seems to have sped up, passing more rapidly...Despite your internal turn timer, you note turns coming twice as fast. For now...


Is this just a warning of the end of my PPT or is it something new?

I apologize to Xeno if this has already been brought up, but as I am short on time I have to ask the question anew.

due to the server problems earlier today your ppt has been extended
being normal is also overrated, you must have faith in who you are

Hmm, I feel sorry for the people that didn't get the chance to bank their naq and are getting farmed right now... Luckily I was woken up early by somebody at the door and was able to bank before I was hit, lol.

there was not much to farm since PPT's ran on, but turns blocked

That's strange.
Once it came back online I had the same amount of PPT time left as I did before it went down, AND we get an extra 12 hours?

that is correct, ppt is usually never extended. it gets extende donly in cases where the server is down for a amount of time. ie when miners/market broker etc were added or cause a serious bugs force it to be shut down.

yes because some other people on PPT DID lose time
